This is Marie Beach.  I think at this moment before you register you may be having some last minute hesitation and might be helped by hearing how I began my hypnotism career over 12 years ago and how I view the profession today.

I always was fascinated with the mind even as far back as my teens and had some years after graduating with a Bachelor of Science entered graduate school with a vague notion to perhaps become a therapist or psychologist. 

I soon realized this was not what I was looking for.

Years later I again became restless with what I was doing and although I had never met a hypnotist, not even experienced it, something drew me to it. 

During that training - scant on hypnosis and lots on past life regression- I knew - deep in my gut - this was it. This is what I had been looking for in the others. Hypnotism had the power to truly change people and help them navigate through life more easily. .

I have never regretted passing on the more traditional approach to helping people .Oh, if I could tell you all the many, many miracles on which I've had a front row seat. A privilege for which I am eternally grateful.   Even more striking was how working with clients as a hypnotist has furthered my own growth and healing.

That is why I know that if you even came to this site just out of curiosity treat it as serendipitous and fraught with meaning for I have learned people who are attracted to hypnosis and hypnotherapy are a special breed.  They come to our training and our profession not completely sold or sure why.  But there is a reason.

Sometimes it's as simple as a quest for a career change or a desire to help people in a more profound way.   Or to use hypnotism as an adjunct to services they already provide. Our graduates have utilized their new-found skills in a variety of ways: as specialists in forensic hypnotism, medical hypnotism, teaching hypnosis in adult education courses, workshop leaders and even as stage hypnotists. 

No one has ever regretted their extensive training.  Just the annual hypnotist convention in Massachusetts is worth the price of admission. It's top-drawer.

As someone involved in several careers before being "called " to hypnosis, it's sheer joy coming to the office eagerly and leaving at the end of a long day feeling fulfilled.  I am so grateful to have what most of my clients are searching for in this challenging world.
