If you have the commitment to finally change, if you are sick and tired of being tired, hypnosis is the most successful way to quit smoking and become a non-smoker. However, first we want you to know we believe smoking is not an addiction—it is a bad habit reinforced endlessly that becomes an excuse for anything and everything. In other words, a crutch, a coping mechanism. After using hypnosis, you can throw those wimpy cigarettes away. After all, it's nothing more than a light wrapper of paper filled with ground up leaves. At this point, we won't mention the 400 plus carcinogens. Another myth to debunk is that to quit smoking is harder than shaking a heroin addiction—that came from someone who didn’t have sufficient motivation. Our clients quit smoking after 20-40 years of smoking one to three packs a day. Any negative habit, such as smoking only has the power you have given it. Hypnosis gives you the fortitude to take back that power and stop smoking for good.

Quit Smoking Program

Generally, unless otherwise indicated, we offer three sessions. At the end of the first hour and a half session, client and hypnotist together decide whether Quitting Smoking Day of Renewal will be the second or third session. Requirements are that you play a customized tape for 21 days which is the time it takes to completely erase a habit from your subconscious where your smoking habit has been programmed.
