Stop smoking with the help of hypnosis and quit cigarettes for good

 
    

The Stop Smoking Kit

This is the same Stop Smoking Kit we hand out to our clients to help them detox.

Remember: The only power a cigarette has is the power you give it! We tell our clients at the All Hypnosis Center to “ Believe in your ABILITY to stop smoking as much as you believed in the power of the lies about what the cigarette did for you. Cigarettes are not addictive. The habit is addictive, as is what you’ve told yourself about your need for a cigarette. Know that your mind is a much greater power than a stinky, wimpy, toxic cigarette full of ground up leaves and 400 carcinogens including formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene and arsenic.

NOTE: Before beginning any health related program, check with your physician or pharmacist if you are taking prescription drugs, are pregnant, or have any medical concerns.

The following will be needed to properly carry out your commitment to stop smoking and become a Non-Smoker:
  1. An CD player for repetitive playing of the CD you will receive
  2. A dozen oranges
  3. Vitamin B-Complex and Vitamin C
  4. Epsom Salts (for bath)
  5. Three rolls of Altoids or other mouth lozenges
  6. Nicostop Tea or Kava Coffee, if coffee or tea is associated with smoking
  7. 6-8 glasses of water a day
  8. An elastic band to wear around your wrist (e.g. pony tail holder)
Directions:
  1. Listen to the reinforcing CD for 21-30 consecutive days. The best time to listen is when you are in bed on your way to sleep because you are in two states of hypnosis: Alpha and Theta. You are reinforcing the reprogramming from smoker to non-smoker.
  2. Eat three oranges a day for four days. Oranges are best, but other citrus fruits can be substituted. (cleanses mouth from tobacco,nicotine residue.
  3. Take maximum Vitamin B-Complex thrice daily for 30 days for stress; Vitamin C for at least 30 days, or forever if you don’t eat fruits and vegetables. Both wash out of your system.
  4. Take Epsom Salts baths to facilitate more quickly toxins from body.
  5. Tobacco /nicotine is embedded in the tissues of the mouth. Mouth lozenges help get rid of this buildup.
  6. No caffeine drinks, alcohol, juices, coffee or tea (except Nicostop Tea or Kava Coffee) for at least two weeks, (four is better) until the habit as a non-smoker is firmly established. Alcohol lowers inhibitions and makes it easy to convince just one cigarette won’t hurt. IT WILL!
  7. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. Again helping purge toxins.
  8. Wear an elastic band on your wrist for 10 days. Snap it against your wrist every time any thought of smoking comes up.

**Other natural sources available at Natural Food stores which may be helpful in the smoking cessation program are Nicotina (an FES essence,) St. John’s Wort, Lobella (Nature Sunshine product) and Zinnia. Follow directions and use only one at a time. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SUCH PRODUCTS.

In addition : Plan a reward for yourself when you become a non-smoker!!
