Our Weight Loss Program

A six week weight loss program of individual sessions held over a period of 2 ½ - 3 months. All sessions are an hour long except for the first which lasts an hour and a half.

The philosophy of our Weight Loss Program, one of most successful formats offered in Central Virginia and tendered with the utmost integrity, is that limiting calories and making weight loss about food is treating the symptom and not the cause of lack of success. Our program utilizing the very powerful duo of hypnosis and behavior modification assesses not only the emotions that lead to inappropriate eating, but explores the erroneous beliefs and behaviors that reinforce cravings and make weight loss seemingly impossible.
*To be eligible for the program, one must be 20 pounds overweight or have a history of weight fluctuation or diabetes. Investment - - $595.
